Celebrations

Propmt entry No. 4. “The last time I celebrated something" Good question!! I’ve been to parties and reunions, but the last time I remember I actually celebrated anything was the 5 year old birthday of my niece, which was a few days after my birthday for which I didn’t acctually celebrate.. haha We celebrated in a Party Saloon which was very cool and was full of things for kids to play with, If I was a kid I would’ve love the place!! My mom and I organized the party and we were thrilled to see that many people came to congratulate Gaby, and she of course loved it as well, even today she still asks if we’ll go to that place again for another party of hers. KIDS! haha Her party was on June, which means it was a long time ago since I’ve acctuallt celebrated anything… maybe next week if I win a concert ticket ballot I entered I’ll celebrate again in this 2nd half of the year!! But lets see how things turn out. Be happy! Enjoy!

Things that make me happy

Image
Continuing with my blog prompt, the next entry will be about things that make me happy! The fact that my family is with me, is healthy, together and happy! This little girl smile.. Traveling anywhere! Read a good book. Give gifts to other people and see their reaction. Making hand crafts. Eating!! Organizing events and making crafts <3 The smell of coffee. The smell of the woods. Hot chocolate or coffee when is very cold. See Arashi be Arashi. Learn new things. See my friends. Neat and ordered things make me happy. Japan. Buying craft supplies & stationary. My bullet journal =) I can’t think of anything else, but I’m sure there is more! If simple things make us happy, then we will happier often <3 haha Enjoy!

Things I’m Grateful For

Image
Prompt Entry #2 A list of things I’m grateful for… Many, I think, but I’ve never tried to list them before, so I’ll start. I’m grateful for/because... My mom and dad, because they’ve been the best teachers in my life and they continue to be. My sisters, one that is my very best friend and another that makes me want to be a better person everytime. My niece and nephews, but mostly my niece because she’s a light in my life, is cheerful and makes me smile every time. The happiness and health of the people I listed above. My health. The roof I have over my head and the food in my table. My current Job, even though sometimes it makes me want to quit, I’m happy that I have it. My friends, because they’re still there even though I’m not the most talkative person. I got the oportunity to attend school and get a bachelor degree with a scolarship. I’ve travelled to wonderful places with wonderful people. All my mistakes, because they’ve made me grow into the person I am today. I’ve never been in

About me

Following this blog’s prompt, I’ll write something about me, and continue to share some other stuff in the course of 52 weeks. (let’s see if BuJo helps me with this, since nothing ever has!!) About me My name is Alejandra Aguirre, normally people calls me Ale, since is shorter and friendlier for me to hear! (I don’t enjoy much when people calls me Alejandra). I’ve lived my whole life in Monterrey, Mexico. I decided at the age of 18 (more or less) I wanted to become an accountant and I did, and have been working as one for the last 8 years. I’m currently single, and I don’t know or have met anybody who’d make me want to change that status. In my family, there is my mom and dad, I have 2 sisters, 1 niece and 1 cat; all of them I love very much. As for my friends, I have the fortune of having wonderful people that acctually know and understand me; and even though we’re not the kind of friends that chat every day or meet every day, every time we see each other we are connected and happy.

Small Achievement - Takoyaki Store

Image
Ever since I started with my Bullet Journal, I’ve been significantly more organized than before; not only at work but also with the normal stuff I do, habits, what I eat, etc! And one of the things I have there is a Short/Long term Goals page. Later on I will try to share those pages here (I hope I don’t forget about it), but for this entry I’ll just say that one of the things I wrote on the Short Term Goals was to finish a miniature japanese store I bought in Japan about 2 years ago, I hadn’t acctually oppened it until this year. I Initially started gluing the base of it and then left it for 3 or 4 months… but then I started my BuJo and decided to finish the loose projects I had, and one of them was this little takoyaki store. I didn’t took lots of pictures, but I’ll upload some I have! Enjoy. I’m still missing the chopsticks that are shown in the instructions picture, but I’ve no idea how to do them haha they’ll have to be so small… smaller than toothpicks. Anyway, I think it looks v

Juices, Journals & Bullets

Image
Some of the things I'm very much into these days, besides work, is bullet journal & juices! I wish I was more in to exercising or traveling or something fun, but for the first I just don't have the inspiration for it and for the later there's no money for that… yet! So, the 1st part of my new habits is Bullet Journal which I love! It is a personal planning system created by Ryder Carroll where basically you handle your own personal kind of planner with a few rules to keep it controlled.. It is quite genius! I'll come back to my Bullet Journal setting later… because I want to spend full posts on it, but as of these days, that's where most of my time goes =) For the 2nd, Juices… haha I gave my mom a Natural Bullet blending machine and after being in its package for about 2 months after her birthday, finally she got it out and taught me how its used and is awesome! Haha very easy and practical! And since I almost never have breakfast I thought maybe with this I co

Sooner or later, I find my way back

Every once in a while I remember that I have this blog and that I swore to myself that I would write often in it, but most of the time I don’t give myself the time or just feel like there’s nothing worth writing about… but I always come back, despite of it all.
