Following this blog’s prompt, I’ll write something about me, and continue to share some other stuff in the course of 52 weeks. (let’s see if BuJo helps me with this, since nothing ever has!!)

About me

My name is Alejandra Aguirre, normally people calls me Ale, since is shorter and friendlier for me to hear! (I don’t enjoy much when people calls me Alejandra). I’ve lived my whole life in Monterrey, Mexico. I decided at the age of 18 (more or less) I wanted to become an accountant and I did, and have been working as one for the last 8 years.

I’m currently single, and I don’t know or have met anybody who’d make me want to change that status.

In my family, there is my mom and dad, I have 2 sisters, 1 niece and 1 cat; all of them I love very much. As for my friends, I have the fortune of having wonderful people that acctually know and understand me; and even though we’re not the kind of friends that chat every day or meet every day, every time we see each other we are connected and happy. I love them too!

My current job gives me the possibility to interact on a daily basis with chinese people who most of them I like very much, It has also allowed me to travel to several places.

My biggest pasion is to Travel. There’s nothing I enjoy more than traveling! I love dreaming about it, planning about it and acctually be there! I don’t enjoy when I come back, but it had to be that way. I’ve had the possibility to visit Spain, Italy, China, Japan, United States, England, France, Netherlands, Belgium; and some in multiple occasions.

Ever since I was little, I’ve loved asian cultures, especially Japanese. I studied japanese lenguage for about 2 years and have been there 3 times, and I’m mentally planning another one, just because I love it! My favorite music group is a Japanese group called Arashi, and I love them SO MUCH that I’ve acctually attended one of their concerts in Japan.

I’m a joyful person, I love making other people laugh. I’m not very patient but I try to be. I don’t like to get angry and I try to avoid troubles or confrontations at any cost. I love children and I really hope for the day that I can have one of my own.

But I tried to change this situation by reading this book, and I have to admit that I never knew that Mexico's story was this interesting. This book goes from the very beginning of Mexico and its native people to the last years of the Spanish occupation, and the beginning of Mexican Independence days. It brushes through the story quickly with small side notes and funny stories that makes the reading really easy and interesting. 10 Travelling Tips

I like travelling a lot, if you ever get to see around this blog you will see some of my trips re-cap.  Unfortunately I don't get to do it very often, only when I have enough money to do it and time... but I've done it enough to make a list of tips that may be helpful in case you want to make a short trip and keep it in your budget! 1. Find a bed I believe the most important thing when you already know you are going to travel is to find where to stay! Even though you could do it at the moment of your arrival, is always more comfortable to do it while you're at home.  There are very good booking sites, but the one i personally like the most is www.hostelworld.com because it offers very good quality places with very accessible places! Also, if you know to which airport, station, or place you will be arriving it offers hostel localization in a map so you can select those closer to your arrival place or close to a subway station and you don't have to walk

Review: 神様はじめました 25 [Kamisama Hajimemashita 25]

神様はじめました 25 [Kamisama Hajimemashita 25] by Julietta Suzuki My rating: 5 of 5 stars This was my read for this whole weekend... I don’t want to add the 25 volumes of this manga because I don’t think that I read 25 books... Also, I feel like it inflates my book count and i don't want that, so instead I’ll just add the last volume. This is my favorite anime/manga series of all times... matching even Dragon Ball and Sailor Moon which are my favorites because are part of my childhood. I’ve seen the anime more than 2 times and this weekend I finally decided to read the whole manga and it was totally worth it, so much more story, more love, more things that I didn’t understand explained. Why I loved this story so much... of course... Tomoe. Tomoe is by far my favorite male character! He’s strong, powerful, feared, dominant but vulnerable, sweet and loving; only to Nanami, of course.
